Pre-staging & Imaging Services
Our purpose built staging and imaging facility enables us to manage all of our customers’ hardware pre-staging requirements from single units for break-fix requirements to large quantities of equipment for rollout projects.
National & International Logistics Services
In addition to their UK trading outlets, many of our customers have a global footprint and it is for this reason that we operate a busy national and international logistics department that manages the pick, pack and dispatch of tens of thousands of shipments annually to destinations all over the country and all over the world.
Our UK field engineering team can expect their spares supplies for their working day to arrive promptly with them each morning, supplemented by additional same-day deliveries when required for emergency jobs that our customers log.
Similarly, our Partner Service Providers throughout the world rely on the logistics team to ensure that they have sufficient spares to meet their SLA’s on our behalf as well as managing the collection and return of faulty units.
